Over a Million and Counting
Škoda Auto closed 2025 with 1,043,900 vehicles delivered — the highest annual total in the brand's history. It placed Škoda third among all car brands in Europe by volume, a position that would have seemed ambitious just a few years ago for a marque that had long played the affordable, practical card without much fuss.
The result reflects strong demand across its core lineup, but also the growing contribution of electric vehicles, led by the Elroq and the refreshed Enyaq.
The 2026 Bet: Twice the Electric Options
The record sales were announced alongside a clear strategic signal: by the end of 2026, Škoda plans to double its all-electric portfolio. Two new models are at the center of this expansion.
The Epiq will target the affordable end of the EV market, slotting below the Elroq with a starting price expected to rival its own petrol-engined sibling, the Kamiq. The Peaq — announced in January 2026 — will sit at the other end of the range as a seven-seater flagship, filling a slot Škoda has not had in its electric lineup before.
Together, they represent the most concentrated EV push in Škoda's history, compressed into a single model year.
